We arrived at our condo in Naples and it was 88 degrees in there on a Friday afternoon. We called , not expecting to actually get someone to come out same day, but they were very accommodating and sent a tech at 6pm on a Friday evening. Jimmy our technician was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly and with no mess! He was even nice and patient with my annoying 6 month old puppy who would not leave him alone! We really like this company, they are the best!
Service Experts has always responded quickly and professionally! They were here within 2 hours of my phone call, and I'm down in the Everglades. Top notch service and repair. Jimmy Mathurin came to my home at 10:45 to fix my outside air conditioner unit. It was just installed this morning. It started making loud noises like it was going to blow up. Jimmy came late at night and was able to fix the problem. He was very professional and had an easygoing attitude. Would recommend him for a raise in pay. Service: A/C system repair
