Been having a lot of leaks on our brand new tile roof, company keeps telling us they hired another sub contractor company to do it and they are having trouble getting them back to fix it. Sales guy told us the company that was hired didn't have licenses so that's why they haven't been back to fix it. Have not had the best experience with Florida Roofing and Gutters or Tri Town Construction
This company was hired by our Condo Association to handle the remediation and build back of our units due to the flooding caused by Ian. They did come and help some of the owners on remediation, but not others. They did not help us in any way until they came on October 19 when they sent a crew to tear out the drywall. The crew they sent was inexperienced and unsupervised. Then, Tri-Town billed us $14,372.43 for doing the remediation. They did not do any remediation. They billed for work they did not do and they were fully aware they were fraudulently billing. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
I appreciate Marc and his team for helping me out and doing an amazing job. Their customer service was incredible, and they made sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much!
