Wanted to pass along my great experience obtaining a metal roof from Elmer Cook Construction. First, I would say its important to note this is a family owned and run business and they specialize in installing metal roofs. My initial contact was with Trey to obtain an estimate. His explanation of the process was comprehensive and covered everything from materials to be used, method of install, time required, insurance/wind mitigation paperwork…everything you need to know. Once a window of opportunity opened up Trey contacted me two days before they were ready to start the job. Their 8-man team arrived promptly at 0800L and went straight to work inspecting the condition of the existing roof. There was no wasted movement…by days end drip edges were in place, underlayment installed, battens nailed down and shimmed, skylights curbed in and several sheets of roofing in place. I love my new roof. I did a lot of research and spoke with a lot of roofers, and I am so happy I hired Elmer Cook Co. Trey was incredibly responsive and super patient answering my (many) questions. His crew did an incredible job on the install. Kyle was quick to follow up with necessary insurance info. I am so happy with my entire experience, and I am absolutely in love with my roof. These guys where awesome! I had a new roof installed and some areas that needed extra attention. Very professional from start to finish.
