Great experience and would recommend for sure. Trey was johnny on the spot coming out to do a quote and even stopped by again to make sure he answered all my questions. Kyle was very quick to respond to paperwork questions and provided a new wind mitigation for insurance. Ralph and Juan ran a great crew of professionals that started early and worked late. They were very detailed in there work and it showed. They did a great job cleaning up the area after too. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. I appreciated not being nickel and dimed during this large project. You get what you pay for with these guys. I wish every company was like Elmer Cook. I could not be happier with every aspect of having my metal roof installed by Elmer Cook Construction. From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience. Trey Cook (Elmer Cook III) who is the son and general manager was my single point of contact to schedule a meeting to measure the roof, get an estimate, determine an available time for installation, schedule installation, monitor installation, post installation inspection, and mitigation forms for the insurance company. Trey was just a phone call away for any question or concern I had. When he found an open spot in the installers’ schedule he called to see if I could accept an earlier installation date (not a delay… earlier than planned). When the guys showed up to install the roof, it was a swarm of activity that did not end until the job was done.
