At our request, Bob McCollum evaluated whether or not our AC ductwork needed to be cleaned. He made a thorough examination and determined that it did not. He did not charge for the visit, was very cordial and polite. We were relieved at dodging in expensive procedure and appreciated Mr. McCollum's honesty in not trying to sell us something we did not need.

I have never seen such thorough and complete HVAC maintenance. The two service techs communicated well with each other. One was caring for the condenser and the other working on the unit. Total teamwork. Showed me what needed to be cleaned and informed me of the price. Shared with me the desired outcome and potential outcome if not done. No pressure to decide immediately. We have been A+ customers for 8 years. A+ replaced our AC when the old one gave up a few years ago. We have them come out 2x a year for regular maintenance. We have always had good service and the techs have been great. With our Fall maintenance check a problem was detected and repaired.
