I asked them to come out and check a soft spot my friend found on the BACK porch addition. One person came out, walked over the roof, front to back to get to the addition. He found 3 soft spots, I asked how much to repair, was told another person would have to come out to do that. (odd) The owner came out on 2 days later (I was not home) to do the estimate. Later that night we had a heavy rain storm. When I got up, I had a wet spot on my roof where it had been walked over to get to the back addition. The owner says he did not walk over the top but that is the only way to get to the back since I have locked gates that would allow access to the back of my house. No matter, the point is this is a 4 year old roof that did NOT previously leak, even thru Irma. NOW after they walked on the roof, I have a leak (see picture below) Do I think it was intentional, No. However the FACT remains I have a LEAK I DID NOT have before they walked on it. In May 2023, Crosier & Son replaced my roof. Mr. Clayton Crosier himself came to my home and discussed all aspects of the project. The roofers arrived at 7:45 AM both days and worked until 5:30 PM the first day and finished at 10:30 AM the second day. They were very polite and the results of their work was very satisfactory - including the "clean-up" after the roof was completed. The "Wind Mitigation" report rated the roofing project as excellent and no problems were indicated. This is the second home that Mr. Crosier's company has replaced a roof for my family.
