Jacob has always been awesome, but today he came out and got us back up and cooling within an hour. Will continue to do business with Dayton as well as recommend them to others.
Our Air Conditioner stopped blowing cold air so I contacted Dayton Heating and Air thru their website portal and within 10 minutes received a call back. This was about 4pm the day before the 4th of July Holiday so I was delighted by the rapid response. The owner himself showed-up within 20 minutes and diagnosed and replaced the bad capacitor quickly and charged a very reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and graciously answered my various questions about air conditioners, even though it was the end of a long day. I am completely satisfied with Dayton Heating and Air.
I highly recommend Dayton Heating and Cooling. Jacob responded immediately after I contacted them to set up an appointment and was punctual. He was very professional and courteous and quickly was able to take care of my air conditioning problem. I will definitely be having them install my new H&C unit in the future! Thank you!
