Mr. Gunning, first let me apologize for taking so long to right this review. I found myself in a tight jam with one of my rental properties. Needed a lot of work done, from the panel, electrical outlet, both inside and out. Called Mr. Gunning showed up the next day, not only did he complete the job, he fixed a light fixture in the ceiling fan. He came back and fixed the heating panel in bathroom at no additional charge. Lights were out in our bathroom, wife was going into surgery. The circuit breaker was OK, didn't know what to do next. Called Gunning Electric, he called back in 1 minute. He talked me through the fix which solved everything, at no charge. We also used him once before, and he was excellent!
