Unbelievably excellent experience! Needed parts for discontinued Kohler toilet - "universal" repair parts did not work. The found the correct flush valve kit, which fit perfectly. Diagram included the tank-to-bowl gasket but did not show mounting bolts, so I suggested ordering those just to be sure. Jake offered to phone Kohler when they opened and then called me back to say I didn't need to order the bolts. Ordered Friday and parts arrived Monday! Best plumbing experience ever!
