John and Jie were fantastic! On short notice they were able to accommodate and install a brand new central air unit within a few days when ours broke on the weekend of 4th of July. When the news hit they also provided us with window units so we can survive during the few days we were without a unit. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone in the greater Gainesville area. Called at 9 am was given appointment for 12:30 pm same day and the tech arrived on time, performed diagnostics and made multiple recommendations.
