In the morning, I received a text and call in response to the online appointment request. Amber was the receptionist, she was lovely to speak with and very helpful. Mike was the hero of the day! He not only arrived early, but was quick, efficient and professional. Thanks to him, I will be able to enjoy my shower without standing in a puddle of water. I just wanted to say how wonderful and professional this business was for me. I called on Monday and they were able to come out first thing Wednesday morning and Mike was the service man who came out and he was able to remove my stripped out shower knob and replace it with a brand new one in less than an hour. Toilet started leaking during the holidays,and I know from the past that it needed the wax seal replaced.
