I was pleased with the professional approach of Sunshine Plumbing. To begin, the phone was answered by a real, knowledgeable person. (Another plumbing company I contacted used an answering machine that promised a callback "in a few minutes" that never came.) She immediately set up a date and time for the repair I needed and promised a call from the serviceman prior to his arrival. Exactly as promised, Mark called and then arrived fully prepared to correct the problem. He gave me a choice on how much to spend, and expeditiously did the job for a very reasonable price.
