Jarvis Heat & Air Conditioning

I can only give the highest rating for Johnny at Jarvis Heat and Air! We came home on a Friday evening from a two week vacation during extreme heat and our AC was not working, thermostat read 96 degrees inside! Called at 5:15pm, reached Johnny who said he would be out at 7pm. He was open and straightforward about fees, got to our home at 7pm as promised. Found problem, replaced capacitor and was on his way in about an hour. Very friendly, explained everything, no pressure for additional services offered and cost as quoted. We had a new hvac system and thermostat installed. Jay was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Another employee came about a month prior to the installation, to try and fix a leak in the evaporator coil. The fix didn’t work, hence the reason we had a new hvac system installed. He was also very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We will definitely call Jarvis Heat & Air if we have any problems in the future. Services: Installation, Thermostat installation
