Their service technician was very prompt ... actually EARLY! Such a great surprise, very unheard of these days. We would highly recommend Level Headed Properties for great customer service and work.
I own a rental property in Gainesville, FL and live in Kansas. It is imperative that I have a maintenance company that I can call, that is honest and reasonably priced in Gainesville to fix all problems that arise with a rental property. I have relied on Level Headed Properties on several different occasions over the past 5 years to install tile, paint, fix blinds, drywall repair...etc. They can do everything!! They are honest and extremely reliable and fairly priced!!
Level-Headed Properties did a great job on the repair work we needed done. Amelia checked in while the work was in progress and made sure we were satisfied with the job upon completion. We will use them again.
