We own a rental home in Gainesville, but live out of town. We had several maintenance projects (re-installing closet doors after new carpet, fixing a window, some outdoor tree trimming, etc.). Level Headed Properties did a great job on the projects, provided me with written estimates (with photos) and the company was responsive and considerate of both me and my tenant through the process. We will continue to use this company when we need maintenance done on the home.
Their service technician was very prompt ... actually EARLY! Such a great surprise, very unheard of these days. We would highly recommend Level Headed Properties for great customer service and work.
I would definitely hire this company, they always use the top products & the best contractors for their work! Not only being very professional and polite they provide the best quality of service! Dale from the remodeling team & Amelia from the realestate side are always a pleasure to work with!
