Myers Septic

Our sewer pump stopped, resulting in a dangerous backup in the storage tank. The only other companies in town either didn't call back or couldn't come out in time. The manager Dustin came out himself since no one else was available. He was knowledgable and very helpful with showing me how our system works and was able to find and remove the chunk of rubber that had lodged in our pump, solving our problem quickly. He was also careful not to stress the pump motor while it pumped out everything that had backed up. Very good service and will definitely use them again. Service: Sewer repair

I have been a customer with Myers over 10 years. I greatly appreciate the time and money spent and given me the knowledge of septic tank services and, always kept me up on how to better my resident by introducing me to the newest version of system cleaners. By introducing me to the newest products for my system being that said .I want to Thank you Daniel and Management for everything you'll have done.

I have to say that I was very impressed by the service given to us by Daniel from Myers Septic Wind River. He called in advance to announce his arrival and showed up on time. Perfect. Daniel is a very efficient, professional, kind and knowledgeable person. I really did not expect someone as great and enthusiastic as he to come do a job that I had thought to be fastidious. He took the time to explain what he was doing, did a thorough cleaning of the tanks and gave his honest opinion on the state of our septic tanks: What we did right/ what we did wrong... what to look for. I was great to witness him work and actually quite fun to be around such good company. He ended staying 5 hours (3 tanks), and it all turned out way better than I would have hoped! Thanks so much for making this such pleasurable experience. ( I never thought I would say this about pumping my septic tanks). Five stars.
