Myers Septic

I have to say that I was very impressed by the service given to us by Daniel from Myers Septic Wind River. He called in advance to announce his arrival and showed up on time. Perfect. Daniel is a very efficient, professional, kind and knowledgeable person. I really did not expect someone as great and enthusiastic as he to come do a job that I had thought to be fastidious. He took the time to explain what he was doing, did a thorough cleaning of the tanks and gave his honest opinion on the state of our septic tanks: What we did right/ what we did wrong... what to look for. I was great to witness him work and actually quite fun to be around such good company. He ended staying 5 hours (3 tanks), and it all turned out way better than I would have hoped! Thanks so much for making this such pleasurable experience. ( I never thought I would say this about pumping my septic tanks). Five stars.

Josh arrived on schedule and had a helpful attitude toward customer service. He was well prepared and knowledgeable in his craft. He was also very thorough and paid a great deal of attention to detail. As a result of his efforts, problems that were overlooked during a previous service call were detected and corrected. His dedication to making sure the job was done correctly, will only help us to get maximum results from our septic system. Josh's work ethic was great to experience and a rare find in today's society. We need more people with Josh's work ethic to bring back the meaning behind customer service.

Had a tank drained, and a neighbor used them. Seemed professional, knowledgeable, and the rate wasn't too bad. I'd recommend.
