Had our first major problem in our first ever home. Nick responded and listened to our issue. He was able to solve the problem quickly. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. Their service was impeccable. And the technicians knew exactly how to perform successfully the job at hand. There was a slight misunderstanding between us which called for their return to my house. I must be honest to say, these situations do arise sometimes. After cooling off, I realize that throughout the conversations between us, Mr. Electric's staff and techs were at all times professional and courteous. They even installed an extra GFCI at no cost.
