I had to replace the house's original AC system in 2017. Newman's proposal offered the best value, and I had the option of paying it in monthly installments over 3 years, interest free. This weekend it stopped cooling. I called and spoke to the person on call. I have a window AC unit in the master bedroom where I spend most of my time, but I wanted to know whether if I called for service on Monday and some expensive repair was required, I could pay for it an installments. He didn't know because he doesn't deal with the financing, but he said that parts are covered for 10 years (it's been 6) and that installation would be I think $150. He suggested that it might be that the drain was clogged and told me how to unplug the wire to the detector that makes it shut off when it is and see if the unit turned back on. It did. So then he told me to go outside to the pipe where the water drains out by the condenser and use a shop vac to suck out the clog and the water. Problem solved! Service: In

We are a roofing company here in high springs fl. I called Newman's heating and air they sent out "JJ " the a/c guy he did a great job fixing the a/c if you are looking for a a/c repair expert who is local and reliable, id suggest giving them a call you wont be disappointed .

The service technician Al Goenaga told me charging the AC would be about $494. I gave him cash for the service and asked for a receipt, and he said I would need to call the office and they will mail me one. The office is now saying I did not pay the amount and I need to pay $494, and they're charging extra every 30 days the "invoice isn't paid." Currently seeking legal advice on resolving this matter, but do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. They are crooks and will steal your money. Service: HVAC system maintenance
