My technician Jorel, was very courteous, empathetic and knowledgeable. He quickly determined what the problem was and took care of it! He went over everything with me before he did anything and was very patient while I was deciding if I wanted to have it done. He did a good job and left my home as clean as he found it. Every time I walk in my bathroom now, I am so glad I let him take care of it.
