Had great service for the past year until this weekend which is where the generous 2 star review comes from. The AC went out at our house early Sunday, called and they scheduled us an appointment for the same day anywhere from 2-6. 6:30 comes around and no contact with a technician. I called and was told they were behind on another job and they would reach out, and if they didn’t within an hour to call back. Another hour rolls around with zero contact in which I called again, only to be told “Sundays are for emergencies” and “whoever made the appointment messed up”; they wouldn’t get someone out until Tuesday afternoon. I’m not sure what this company considers an emergency but I sat in my 80°+ house, with my AC unit not working at all, with a newborn and 4 year old waiting on a technician that I was told was coming. I understand it’s been extremely hot and there was possibly multiple “emergencies” but the fact I was told my situation was not emergent at 8:30 at night after waiting for

My one complaint is one service we know needed done because they have told us before and said when ready call for appointment. When I called she wouldn’t make an appointment for it she said the tech had to come out look at the unit and make the appointment. So I had to pay for a service call just to have an appointment made. Makes no sense to me. The tech was very nice and professional though that’s why the 4 stars Service: HVAC system repair
