If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I took off work for them to come out and fix my generator. My apponitment was for Monday August 6th 11-2 pm. I waited till about 2:30 and called them and the lady said Cody was busy somewhere and he would definitely be over before the end of the day. Well nobody ever showed up and now when I call, they don't answer like they're ghosting me. I would not make an appointment with this business as it is a high probability they will be a no call no show. Read their other reviews. Its a pattern with them.

Forrest Jordan and Associates were exemplary throughout the purchasing and installation process! Their installers were on time and were able to install our whole home GENERAC generator in 3/4ths of one day! Very important because my spouse and I work full time. The installers were very well versed and knowledgeable regarding the equipment they were installing. They cheerfully and patiently answered all our questions...overall they were exemplary with respect to both their overall professionalism and demeanor. Both the electrical and natural gas work were scheduled very effectively and efficiently. I most highly recommend this company!
