I can't imagine a better experience with Weather Shield. My insurance chose to not renew my policy (old roof). On the BBB site, I happened upon Weather Shield and noticed they didn't have one complaint. Really?! Not one? What business doesn't have a complaint? My interest was piqued. I now know why this is the case. On June 29th, the highest heat index for the week, Weather Shield replaced my roof. All through the process; contact, consultation, quote, and completion the contractor was in communication with me all along the way. How nice is this? Communication. Makes a world of difference. On this sweltering hot day, the roofing team was always cordial with each other, never losing their temper as you might expect in the heat. I never heard any foul language.
