Over all, great front desk staff and great HVAC technicians. The unit I had them installed looks very professionally done... Works good as well overall. You may be able to find a cheaper deal. However probably not worth overlooking this place if you are busy worker and don't have the time.... The job quality, customer service, and support.... Is top tear...

We had a challenge with our air conditioner. The workmen from Air Commander came right at the time scheduled, were professional as well as courteous, and resolved our issue in a timely manner. As an older couple, or really anyone from any kind of age demographic, it is sometimes difficult to find repairmen who are trustworthy and reliable. Shaun came to my mobile home for diagnostics on my AC system today, and was absolutely amazing! He checked my entire system carefully & thoroughly, and was so patient answering my many questions. I was having some problems with excess noise, and after checking everything else out, he was able to determine that it was only my vent grate that was causing it, because the slots were a bit too tight & were restricting the air flow too much, so that it caused a loud hissing type sound. My system is a somewhat oddball one, so we weren't sure if I could easily find a replacement grate, he ended up coming up with a great solution & spent a good bit of time working things out, with the ultimate result being a much quieter air handler!! He truly went above & beyond, double-checking everything along the way, and doing much more than anyone else would have done to take care of the noise issue for me. Also, he was extremely up-front & totally honest about everything, no BS, no trying to sell
