Over all, great front desk staff and great HVAC technicians. The unit I had them installed looks very professionally done... Works good as well overall. You may be able to find a cheaper deal. However probably not worth overlooking this place if you are busy worker and don't have the time.... The job quality, customer service, and support.... Is top tear...

Same day service was needed. Easy to schedule with friendly customer service. Technicians on time, very professional, answered questions, showed details of what issues were and completed repairs same day. Highly recommended Service: A/C system maintenance

Clarence was excellent! Personable and very knowledgeable about my system. Now for the company pricing ! Clarence changed the contactor on my system and the company charged me $131.00 for the part. I later priced it on Amazon for $21.00. I know there is a mark up, but this is ridiculous! I matched the part number exactly as well as the photo. I was charged $69.00 for the service call on top of the part charge,(which was reasonable). I'm going to have to think twice before calling them again. I called another company and was quoted $50.00 service call and $60.00 for the exact same part. Just wondering if they charge extreme markups on other items like complete units?
