This is by far the worst company you could ever call. They lack professionalism they lack empathy they lack ethics & they back customer service . They’re arrogant untrustworthy and flat out crooks ! I promise you if you call this company you will be utterly disappointed . Call anybody but these guys worst company I have ever dealt with . I pray they are never treated the way they treat others

1 week ago I called them to schedule an appointment to have a problem corrected regarding the electrical service to our detached garage, I was told then that they may have to come out and look at it to see what was needed and that someone would call when on their way, well 2 days later I called and asked if they had forgotten, then I was told that they could make it this week sometime and again they would call when on their way out to our house, we’ll here it is Friday June 11th and still a no show. Horrible service, if you value your time on this planet don’t waste it calling these people. God knows I tried to make it work and I realize people get busy but for heaven’s sake “Don’t leave people hanging”.

The worst company I have ever contacted I read these reviews prior to calling and thought hey they seem pretty good . WRONG WRONG WRONG. Couldn’t be any further from the truth man so sad I called these people I am a very humble persona me to be treated so disrespectful it’s beyond me man
