I want to thank the Air Flow staff and its owner for the great service and consideration I received when our AC compressor shorted out. Brian Shaw, the technician, came to my home and diagnosed our problem and several days later returned with the ordered part to do the repair. He was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. While doing the repair; he answered my questions, and I realized that he was very competent. I would recommend your company to anyone. Thanks again Air Flow!

Sheduled appointment two weeks ago for today, 1/20/23 from 9am to 11am time slot. Blew me off with too many excuses. I would never ever use this business! Most likely they will go out of business. Don't waste your time or money!✝️

I had a downstairs AC unit fail on me last month. Ms Jules was dispatched to diagnose my problem. Air Flow Designs installed both units in 2014. (I inherited the AC units when I purchased my residence.) She was able to determine within ten minutes that a faulty part (capacitor) on the compressor. She gave me a few options with various warranty levels, etc. without any sales pressure. She was patient while I made my selection. She was finished with her repair very quickly. I was the last customer call of the day but I felt like she gave me the same courtesy and service that she gives to all of her customers. I look forward to having her for my annual maintenance -- I'm signing up for their annual maintenance contract based on this first time call with AFD. I give Ms Jules and AFD each a 5 out of 5 ratings! Thanks guys!
