Had Top Flight come out as my dishwasher kept tripping the breaker... found out that it was loose connection needing a new breaker.. but also advised me that a surge protection device could be beneficial for the whole house.. after going over the specs on this and what it would provide (protection wise) we agreed to the repairs of the breaker, an outdoor outlet that was not working properly and add the surge protection to the AC panel outside... all in all it gives peace of mind and great selling point for the future buyers (if / when we sell our unit) I was happy with Jim's service and how efficient and detailed he was. He was very patient with all my questions. Thank you for making this easy and for the discount. Also love the text messages advising when they were coming, who was coming with a picture of the technician.. Loved the chat too on your website... all in all.. I called because we had lost power in the house. Brent responded within the hour. His technical knowledge and work ethic are second to none. The problem was identified and we scheduled the correction for the next day. Brent was able to safely restore power to us, so we could have working a/c and a good night's sleep.
