I replaced all my 4 units AC with them, and I scheduled a duct cleaning on last Friday, the person didn’t show up, sent me a message saying he is not coming. Ever since that, I call the office all day everyday, no one answered the call. I messaged them again saying that coming on Tuesday 3-5pm, but as I predicted. No show, no response, no reschedule. I am very happy that I went with this company to install my new AC unit because they are AMAZING!!! The staff is great and very professional from the beginning. They made the entire installation process look so simple. I thought it would be more complex but before you know it my new AC was up and running with my new Google Nest thermostat with remote sensor.
