Reliable AC Services

Here is my time line, called on day 1, receieved a quote for 3 ton unit in 2 hours( Beated the 3 other competitors), gave the OK. Day 2 and 3 processed permit applications with City of Aventura. Day 4 unit was installed in my condo. During process, they were very informative and never asked any deposit. All with their good faith and word. They showed up right on time, super clean work, didnt leave a mess behind and left with in 6 hours. Highly recommend their services.

I replaced all my 4 units AC with them, and I scheduled a duct cleaning on last Friday, the person didn’t show up, sent me a message saying he is not coming. Ever since that, I call the office all day everyday, no one answered the call. I messaged them again saying that coming on Tuesday 3-5pm, but as I predicted. No show, no response, no reschedule. I made an appointment with Reliable AC Services of South Florida Inc, based upon the fact that my building had their certificate of insurance on file. When the day of the appointment came, no one showed up. I placed 3 calls and left voicemails, but received no responses. I have noticed another review making the same complaint. I don't appreciate being treated so disrespectfully. I am also going to inform my building management about the missed appointment and the lack of response.
