Worst company ever. Installed whole new system 2 months ago and I had to call them already 2 times because it hasn’t been working properly. First time they came back the technician said it was not properly installed and he fixed it, and again today we called because last night something exploded in the outside unit with some oil leaking and everything stop working. We called the emergency number and they told us nobody is available until Monday. We live in Miami currently under heat advisory and warnings, I have a medical condition and the company is not sending anyone to fix it and told me to wait for 2 more days. Worst company and service ever!!!!! New update: 2 weeks ago new compressor was installed, they replaced the previous one also new that they installed. Today it broke again!!!! I was told someone was coming, they never came.

Financed AC unit a year ago and was told by the rep I would pay zero interest if I paid in full within the year, well that was a LIE because I ended paying around $200+ in interest even though I paid it off within the year. Their sales reps are shiesty and will say anything to get you to finance their services, DON’T DO IT. Also, if you call for service they’ll send another salesman to try and sell you something else instead of actually being helpful, SELL, SELL, SELL! $$$$$

They serviced my A/C unit that was working perfectly and said I needed 4.5 pounds of R410. If my A/C was that low it would be freezing up.. Charged me $399.00. Big scam
