They continue to treat customers in a bad way and then call, to apologize and for one to delete the review wanting to correct their mistakes, and their mistreatment. This time they are going to have my bad review permanently on their page. I was once told to solve my problem by searching on google, Definitely spending your money paying for this company is a waste of time.

I have tried to initiate a service agreement with this Total for years now. I am trying again this year because my contract with Sears is expiring, but no one answers the phone. I am caller number 5 in the line and I have been waiting on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes. I tried using the text message service and no one responses. This is so unprofessional and makes the Sears service teams look spectacular. Please can someone from Total contact me. UPDATE - I waited 8 hours for my appointment and when I finally was able to text someone at Total, which they responded sorry. Someone will get back to you on Monday. Thank you for having me miss a day of work, so that you can evaluate my appliances to write a new contract. This experience was beyond ridiculous.

I was frustrated that I wanted to pay for the renewals of my 4 properties on the phone, it was taking a long time to connect to customer service.
