24 Hour Air Service Inc

I have been using 24 hour air for almost 10 years. Have a current issue with the A/C they installed. Paid them to fix it and the problem returned the next day - that was almost 6 weeks ago... 7 appointments, 4 visits (one to 'fix', one to tell me it wasn't the A/C dumping water on my floor from every register, two to do tests and three no shows). No resolution, no test results, and nothing but a LOT of run around and promises. I would NOT recommend! I would give them zero stars if allowed. Services: Repair HVAC, Install AC

DO NOT HIRE THESE THIEVES. They made fun of my disability The tech which was Alone while training was caught on our ring camera talking to his manager saying I can't do this job, They tried to rob me. When I told them I wasn't paying for services they didn't provide the tech let all the freon out of the unit. I have never seen or experienced anything like this

Roger happens to be the "Best from all the Rest!" A kind , understanding Personal. I would recommend Roger from many Companies. I like to listen to what is needed to make right for my A/C Unit! I will say, not many workers can do a well enough job even answering a phone.
