Roger happens to be the "Best from all the Rest!" A kind , understanding Personal. I would recommend Roger from many Companies. I like to listen to what is needed to make right for my A/C Unit! I will say, not many workers can do a well enough job even answering a phone.

Called this company to help me fix my a/c . One of their techs came out and looked at machine. Said it could be fixed with a “lil popper” which costs $17 online, but he wanted to charge me $250. He installed the “lil popper” and machine did not work. He then told me he would start charging $115 per hour in order to fix ac (on top of $95 service call). He guaranteed me he would have it up and running In a couple of hours. He started working on it while searching on google the error codes my thermostat provided. An hour later he told me that he could not fix it because he needed additional pieces. He then told me to talk with Mike or Angela. They told me my bill was $457 and it is charged on a daily basis. Mike is extremely unprofessional and did not let me speak. He wanted to charge me full amount for nothing. My ac at the end of the night was still not working. Mike yelled and cursed at me (customer) … extremely unprofessional. The tech said he would give us a call next day at 7:30-8:3

Useless. My AC was leaking, a guy ( looked like it was his first day on the job) showed up, told me it would be $300 to fix the leaking. Since it's what my neighbors pay for actually FIX the AC, i agreed. He literally just vacuumed some water from the ceiling, 5 min of his time. The AC was leaking again within hours. I called them again the following day, they showed up and told me i had to use their additional services, of course for additional $$. No thank you. Also, they were not registered in my building (Decoplage) and i had to pay $100 to them to register (!), thinking they would actually fix it the 2nd time around. Over $400 for NOTHING.
