My tenants called me on a Saturday at 4:30pm. Their water heater and A/C did not work. I called Alex, via a simple Google search and took a chance with this company. This man literally showed up 30 minutes later and came equipped and ready to diagnose the problem and provide immediate solution. He also explained to me a few more preventative measures that can be taken in the future. This is the the best repair person I have ever dealt with, will 100% use again in the future. Alex and his team was scheduled to come to my duplex Monday or Tuesday. They were no shows for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday ( No notice, No Communication). When Thursday come, Alex calls me to let me know he is sending his team over shortly to start on my work, but my job is a 35,000 thousand dollar worth job why would I hire a lackluster company like Alex Electric? Alex company is not thorough. By the way, when he did FINALLY call me Thursday to let me know he sending his team out, I expressed that I hired another electrician company who gave me an estimate and is expecting to start my job within the next 48 hours. Let me tell you, Alex was so mad and hung up the phone in my face.. ewwww what real man hangs up because a better company whom was more thourough came thru? Early bird gets the worm. Do not hire Alex Electric. The real definition of Unprofessional, Late, and Angry. Be better. UPDATED REVIEW BASED ON HIS P.R. RESPONSE:....... This man is very dishonest and his response back
