My tenants called me on a Saturday at 4:30pm. Their water heater and A/C did not work. I called Alex, via a simple Google search and took a chance with this company. This man literally showed up 30 minutes later and came equipped and ready to diagnose the problem and provide immediate solution. I had an electrical emergency and had no power in the home. I called at almost 11 pm and received a response on my first attempt. I explained my emergency and Alex walked me through what I needed to do to restore the power.
