Our main water shut-off valve broke, and we had to cut off the water supply to our whole house. It was the first time we'd had a plumbing emergency, and we were nervous about selecting a professional that we could trust. After researching other businesses online, we decided to call Roto-Rooter and could not be more pleased! Michael came early in the morning, as scheduled, and immediately assessed the damage. He was very knowledgeable and eased all our anxieties by kindly walking us through the plan step-by-step; from the cost to how long the job will take, even including how to fix the damage. As planned, he flawlessly completed the job in 3 hours while thoroughly explaining everything to us and to his apprentice, Rodney, who was also very friendly and efficient.
