Wow! I can’t even begin to explain how professional this company is. Communication was constant and you can even text the office and they respond immediately. In Miami you need someone who works quick and works good, these people are it. My AC completely broke and it was still under warranty… Carrier didn’t have the part that broke available and wanted me to wait weeks to months for it (they wouldn’t tell us when the part would become available) but Cool Runnings fought for us every single day. They did the leg work with Carrier and at the end of the day they got me a brand new unit at no cost! As soon as the unit was ready, they picked it up and installed it the very same day! They worked around my schedule and made it all happen. Appreciative is an understatement. Thank you to the staff at the office and thank you for the technicians that came out to the house and made this smooth for us.
