Suppose to give South Cooling LLC. No stars, I definitely would’ve done it but I can’t on here. This company technician was not honest and didn’t fix my A/C wall unit after he said it was not cooling the room. He went to his van to call, and he told his supervisor. He came back and then asked me to sign a ticket invoice that the A/C unit was running fine. I looked at him like you know it’s not working, and he looked at me and said my boss told me to do this, sir. I was shocked but didn’t sign anything. The technician commented that he has the same issues with his A/C in his apartment and dealing with his landlord about it. South Cooling LLC. Promise me they would send another technician, but the same one came to the home again. Other companies told me they should’ve had two people to take it out of the wall but can’t with one guy, so South Cooling LLC. the technician made up a story that the A/C unit was working because he couldn’t fix the A/C along. Stay away from these people. They do not know what they are doing. Unprofessional. Rude. Thieves. They will tell you parts are broken that are perfect. No customer service. All they do is change part after part, to see if by chance they get it right. If i could give 0 stars, I would. Be smart, go to the next company. You'll be glad you did. Service: A/C system repair
