Nancy, Howie and all the crews were very professional. I had a lot of plumbing work don. Any future issues were addressed even up to a year later that were due to normal wear without charge. Two employees installed new water heater and replaced two shut off valves. They were competent and got the job done within 3 hours. Fair price and professional. Would have given 5 stars if they would have checked the temperature setting on the water heater before leaving. Water was way too hot. When looking at the water heater 2 temperature gauge settings noticed that they were set (factory set I assume) to slightly above 125F. Enough to burn yourself. Had to adjust down to 115F myself. Also, dealing with them over the phone was a delight. Last but not least they were quick to respond to two service calls. Service: Install water heater Service: Water heater installation
