I called Tony on a Saturday morning very worried that I would have to pay a weekend fee for a plumber. He had me send him photos of my issue. He told me exactly what to buy at Home Depot and when I came home with the part he talked me through how to install it. No charge! K2 has a customer for life!

I was referred to K2 Plumbing by my property management company, Serafina, to replace my home's leaking, ancient water heater. I left VM and got a callback in 2 minutes from Carmine. He was professional and answered my questions, e-mailed me an estimate, and I had my new water heater installed two days later. Larry, the plumber who installed it, was prompt and knowledgeable, wonderful at answering my questions, and he got the job done without any drama. He even tidied up afterwards. As Serafina described them to me, they are "good people", the knowledgeable kind you find on HGTV home repair shows and wish you could find locally. These are good people with a strong work ethic. I would definitely recommend K2 Plumbing. The company is also a general contractor, so I'm considering hiring them for some home renovations. Larry is the man! Super professional and courteous. He was able to replace our broken shower handle within 10 minutes. The plumber before said he had to break a hole in the wall to replace the "old" part????????‍♀️. Save yourself time call K2 Plumbing!
