Avoid getting an a/c from this business. They have horrible customer service I called over 15 times in order for them to come. The a/c is brand new and defective after 3 months. I waited over a month to get them to install it. The initial installers never finished setting up the thermostat and had to install it myself. After the repair of the defective valve the a/c is still not blowing cold air like it should and humidity is still at 94% which sets off an alarm. I think my next step is to call channel 6 news Miami to get them to fix it properly. Avoid this company at all cost !!! They are good to sell you but have zero customer service ethics.

Glad I called Air Pro!. Same day service wowed me. Communication was great no long wait period for a live person pickup. The phone rep informed a tech, Roger would call when planning to arrive. He did and asked questions to assess and properly diagnose to be prepared properly. Best part, he arrived on time ready to work with a friendly demeanor at 6pm in the evening. What was great too, Roger explained exactly what he was doing. He listened to me, offered suggestions on future services to keep my system in great shape and was not pushy. Learned a lot about my AC system especially to change the filters regularly. Roger demonstrated excellent service in a professional manner while friendly. Keep Roger on your team, he’s a great asset! Air Pros is the worst, most unreliable AC company we have dealt with in the 20 years we have owned our home. We inherited Air Pro from when Solar Bear went out of business, and in 2020 Air Pro induced us to buy a whole new system to replace a 6 year old unit for $15,000 because they claimed the ducts had mold. Since it’s installation we’ve had nothing but problems, breakdowns, freezing up and most recently serious leaking. The most egregious breakdown and service failure occurred March 2022 on the day of an important family event, when the AC died and we had the entire family sweltering in over 90 degree heat while trying to get ready and they failed to send anyone to repair the system until the following day, when I had our whole family over for a post event brunch. We’ve had to have the unit repaired 3 times since March 2023. 3 weeks ago, the unit froze up. The tech incorrectly concluded that the cause was the filter we were using was too thick, and told us we needed to use a thinner
