This last maintenance connection was terrific!! Zoltan Ember was right on time. He didn't waste any time; answered all my questions and offered some tips and insights to make my A/C run even better. He was polite and obviously competent. I'm delighted!! Services: A/C system maintenance, Install AC
Avoid getting an a/c from this business. They have horrible customer service I called over 15 times in order for them to come. The a/c is brand new and defective after 3 months. I waited over a month to get them to install it. The initial installers never finished setting up the thermostat and had to install it myself. After the repair of the defective valve the a/c is still not blowing cold air like it should and humidity is still at 94% which sets off an alarm. I think my next step is to call channel 6 news Miami to get them to fix it properly. Avoid this company at all cost !!! They are good to sell you but have zero customer service ethics.
Technician was pleasant new to the job recently certified but seemed to have a wealth of knowledge about the business. However the prices are unreasonable for what I wanted. and they weren’t honest about Univresal Air. They told me they were the same when actually they bought universal air conditioning out. They could have told me that because I asked. When a company is not transparent leave them alone. Service: A/C system maintenance
