I do NOT recommend you use this company unless you want a sloppy job and acquire extra expenses for their damages. Their goal is to finish the job and get paid. There is no attention to detail or aesthetics. After my metal roof was installed, I took a look at the finished job and found 14 unfinished (sloppy) areas that range from silver screws on a slate grey metal roof, nails that penetrated the entire flat roof of terrace to white metal gutter with approx. 2 inches separation around perimeter of flat roof. After much back and forth with Eli and Steven in justifying the obvious some corrections were made. However, I now have an added cost of fixing my flat roof due to their mistake. I sincerely do not recommend you use them as customer satisfaction is not their intention.

We decided to utilize Roof Giants for our new roof after extensive research and interviews with other roof companies. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. ( Oren, Juan, Mayer, Catherine , etc) Understand that a new roof is a big expense. Be sure to know all the costs that are included in the work and the additional charges in the fine prints. Make sure you follow the permit process and obtain final inspection documentation from your county. Our roof is beautiful and has given our home a new and updated look.
