Very polite, helpful, reliable and professional! After dealing with another plumber who was unprofessional and showed no concern for my situation (I was without water for over a week), Browns came over and fixed the leak right away. They were very neat and careful with my property when they had to access a leak under the slab floor. Also, I found their receptionist to be very personable and helpful.
