What can i say? I was in a bind and really needed some help right away. I was calling other places and they could not come out till the next day! 2 companies said i would have to pay an extra 125.00 fee for emergency…well i callled Bill and he turned into our superman! He came out within 1 hour to help us out. He was professional, courteous and extremely kind and sensitive to my situation. After fixing my leaking issue it was a pleasant surprise with my final bill! Needless to say any problems in the future he is my only call. I already told my family about him so now i am telling you all who read this.
