Called Joe first thing in the morning and he said he would try to fit me in as he was very busy. He came by at 11:30 to look at job and said it would be a tough one as the previous plumber did not do it right. Joe said he would be back in an hour with the supplied. He was back in an hour with a new water heater and said it would take about 3 hrs with all the new piping that had to be done. I know it was a tough job as I could hear him grumble in the garage and of course the storm didn't help. He was done in the 3 hrs he quoted and was very reasonable priced. Thank you Joe!! Showed up same day even though very busy schedule to my completely stopped up house and had it fixed in no time even though he had to find unmarked buried clean out. Came back two days later to install new clean out. Will not hesitate to call him back for all my plumbing needs.

Anyone who knows me, and can see my review records and recommendations, knows that i usual write to encourage people to do business locally. I called him being referred by a neighbor, (whom he didn't remember and told me, he doesn't remember anyone from last week) after 5 minutes of conversation of the services i needed, Joe was awful, almost sarcastic, declined to even take a look of 2 situations I mentioned, I am not sure if my Spanish accent was the problem, or he simply did not care to help ( pretty common dealing with people that discriminates me). After listening his rejections, and lack of professionalism I asked: Are we having a good conversation here? and he immediately say no, cut me off and tried to send me to someone else. Good Luck Mr Joe, I am glad you removed yourself from my path, God has a better person for me to work with.
