We have utilized Wallace since 2004 when we moved here. Always have been quite pleased with the service. This past weekend, we had an issue with our AC and Brian was exceptional. Responded quickly (once he got the message, they have a new system and it does have a few bugs) - professionally and supportively. Walked my husband (who is an engineer) through some steps and problem fixed. This was late Saturday and Sunday morning.
