AND Services

This was the first fantastic experience I have had with And Services. We had so many issues with our two new AC's that I was ready to say, Take them back out but today I was treated with respect, the technician Julio Rodriguez was professional, explained what to do going forward and went out of his way to get the right material to fix a small hole that they never came back to fix. I hope if I need more help with these units, he will be my guy!

I called to set up an estimate on repairs and a new system. The guy said they'd call back to set up an appointment. He called back a couple hours later to tell me that he couldn't find my name as the homeowner. I told him that it is my husband's name that is on record and it is the same last name. He said he would need his approval. And I questioned that he needed to talk to him to just get a quote? So my husband called and said yes that's fine my wife deals with all the household stuff. I didn't hear back. I called back and spoke with a rude agent named Dana who after not being able to explain why they didn't call back then hung up on me. It seems that that really don't need my business I guess. Edited to add: I am the wife. All is asking for was an estimate. The guy showed up unannounced to give me an estimate. He got out of his truck, asked what was going on and then said I need a complete new system. He asked how many sq ft (1200) and it would cost $13 to $14k. He didn't look at a

Let me say at the outset, And is not the cheapest out there. My a/c went out. The 13 year old compressor gave out and it made more sense to replace the whole system with a new one. They came out the same day as my call. The rep went over my options and we settled on 2 candidates. The first choice was not available for next day installation. We settled on the second choice. The next morning I got a call telling me the second choice was not available so I would be on day two without a/c. They did send a tech out with three portable cooling units. The two put in bedrooms were able to keep the temps at a sleeping level. The third unit in the living area could only manage to get it to 84 degrees. The techs arrived the third day with my new HVAC unit and had it up and running in 6 hours. The two techs were polite, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. They went about their business in a professional manner and cleaned up their work space. They explained the operation of the equipmen
