I hired this company to do some work on my toilets. One toilet was not put together correctly and I noticed it leaking after 2 days. The entire floor in my bathroom was warped and ruined. The owner said he would cover the cost of a new floor. I sent a letter and invoice for the floor repair to this company on Feb 5, 2018. They responded by offering half of what they owed me. I sent another letter on March 19, 2018, requesting payment ,in full, for the repair. I sent a third letter on May 28, 2018. I have not received payment. This is a company that is licensed and insured. They are just ignoring their obligation. I would never recommend Herndon Plumbing for anything. This is a DISHONEST company that will take advantage of a Senior Citizen on a fixed income. 6/13/23; This company still owes me $1000. I complained to BBB. Had 0 water pressure the night before and when they showed up it made a liar out of me. After checking everything we couldn't find the issue then it started acting up. Changed the malfunctioning pressure switch and water pressure has been fine since. They also replace a hose spigot in the back of the house. The guys were friendly, patient and thorough. Will definitely call them again should a need arise :)
Had an outside leak behind the faucet on an outside garage wall. There was no sign of leakage on the inside wall behind the faucet. Anthony cut off the water, took the faucet off and inspected the water pipe and external threading. Replace the threaded fitting and replace the old gate valve faucet with a new ball valve faucet. Great service and I would highly recommend them.
