Perfect experience! Exactly what I was looking for when I called them. Responsive and courteous scheduling and appointment delivery. Extraordinarily helpful and personable technician who was more than willing to provide advice for long-term service approach with the company and for proper maintenance techniques as a homeowner. Gave his full attention to ALL my concerns. This was a referral from a colleague who apparently shares my opinion on their exemplary approach. Biz cards with the technician's name on them, clean truck, shoe covers, follow-up, clear and detailed invoices and checklists, etc. Blake, as long as you remain available, I would be delighted for you to do all of our service calls, both at home and at our rental unit (although he says that there are lots of good folks out in the field--he's kind too!). Awesome, would be the best single word to use. Let me start by saying that the salesman Kyle was over-the-top, knowledgeable, and professional, with everything he did for us. His knowledge as a former installer / technician allowed us to get the most for my money. The two installers that Buehler sent out Bill and Dustin were very thorough, . and arrived when they said they were going to .. They were able to communicate what they would be doing in a way that i understood. Both continued to work until the job was done, and they got it done sooner than was scheduled. Dustin then took me through the process of my new thermostat, showing me the new system inside and out, ensuring that I was happy with the install prior to them leaving. Cleaned up everything and left no mess. Bottom line is I am now going to be “Cooler with Buehler”. You can not go wrong with a company like this! Highly recommend! Truly 5 star for service and quality of work. Today Jomar came for my final complementary service visit post install of my system. I had Buehler install a new 4 ton system just short of one year ago. The installation team was quick and efficient, the quality of their work is outstanding. The customer service provided is what will keep me their customer as long I am in the area. The two service technicians that came out for clean/inspect/filter replacement were also great. This company hires the top notch people to work for them. I have signed up for the annual maintenance plan to ensure my system stay on point in this hot Florida weather. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
