I had never dealt with Donovan AC prior to getting a quote for a mini split installation. They were by far the best deal quote of all I got. Starting with Parker and then the installation team Brian and Tyler, they were all great and very professional. I will be looking to start my AC maintenance plan with them come fall. Tyler was excellent. I called at 3PM because my AC stopped working and he showed up at 6:50 pm same day. Talk about service! Fixed us up in like 15 minutes and had the AC blowing better than ever. Called them for installation of a new A/C. They had a great unit at a very good price, all in, so I decided to book it. Aaron, the salesperson, helped me negotiate the different financing options to find the right one. Their process is super-professional from start to finish, with great communication and everyone arriving when they say they will be there. Installation was yesterday and was smooth as silk and I was done by noon. Would 100% recommend them. Services: Install AC, Thermostat installation
