Dear Future customers: TKB Services promptly came out, surveyed the renovations and provided a detailed plan as to how the renovation would be executed and the associated cost. We appreciate TKB for getting us on the schedule the day we requested. The removal of the two walls with wood paneling with drywall replacement went very well and we are very happy with the updated results. The painting and new flooring throughout the home with a lifetime warranty increases our homes value greatly. The entire crew was professional, they kept to the schedule and the overall cost was very reasonable. Alex and Veronica put together our Ikea kitchen, installed it, did all the minor electrical and plumbing, worked around the installation of the countertops and did everything we asked that was planned and unplanned.
