Great service, professional and knowledgeable. Tech called to let us know when he would arrive to us (approx 50min from St Aug to Jax) and was on time. He didn't have part we needed to fix in his van so he left to pickup part and complete same day. Thank you again!!
Jarrod was a very great technician. Even with my dogs barking he still managed to service my unit. He ensured he explained everything to me in detail. Thanks for all that you do. Update: since my service my house has been hot and I called to inform United Air Temp and felt like a number on 7/20/2023. The representative or dispatcher (2) two of them hung up while saying please hold while I check on availability. Never in the entirety of my contract have I experienced this. People need to do better especially if you are in customer service. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Heating system repair
This company is really good. They sent someone the same day I called. The gentleman that came was very nice and professional. He handled the issue and had it up and running in about 30 minutes. It is still running well and I'm very happy.
