Jason in sales, Mark and Ernie the technicians all were inimitable in service, communication and installation. BE WARNED! -- Be warned and read ALL of the other reviews that provide the exact same feedback. We have a unit that is just over 1 year old. During the 1st cold season we noticed that our unit was not heating at all and was actually short cycling and eventually quit all together. The technician came out and diagnosed with bad relays - cost = $90 for the diagnostics. Had to wait for relay to be ordered and when installed we were charged $410 even though we are within out 10 year warranty. This company is a total scam!!! Parts under warranty, but $400 to replace the part and it only took 20 minutes? Highway robbery!! To continue...after the relays were replaced and it got cold again our unit once again would NOT HEAT and continued to short cycle. Mind you this was over Christmas weekend. On Tuesday following the break we called AC designs again to tell them the unit was not working properly and we were tired of calling them out to fix the problem with no resolution. The "maste
