Air McCall Heating And Air Conditioning

I had an old unit from 2003 with R22 that literally exploded all the fluid everywhere, not to mention the corroded wires (thanks to the salt water). Needless to say, an entirely new unit was in order. Toby was professional, friendly, and eager to make sure I had exactly what I needed and wanted. I had MANY questions which he answered with ease. Not only were they able to get it done for me the next day (where others had given me a 2-week timeframe), but they did it at a lower price than the others. Darius arrived on time the day of the replacement and explained everything he was going to be doing. When he finished, he reviewed everything again to make sure I didn’t have any new questions. Of course I thought of some things a couple days later and they were very helpful in answering my questions. Professional. Courteous. Affordable pricing. Attentive. I highly recommend!

If I could give this company less than one star I would. Do not use them. The lady on the phone was talking over me. She was not listening to my needs. She did not want to put me through to a manager nor did she want to have a manager call me back and at the end she hung up on me, very unprofessional. When this company installed my air conditioner, I was very happy with the service. However, since then I would not recommend them to anybody. Unfortunately, my AC is under warranty with them, but I would never use them again. They advertise same day callouts. This is all false advertising as they told me I had to wait for days even though I have a pregnant mother in my home and no AC.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I got 7 estimates from other AC companies and we went Air McCall because of Toby in sales. He gave very fair pricing and is very knowledgeable. I had lots of questions and Toby answered them all. 5 stars+ to TJ and Alonzo for doing an exceptional job on the install. They showed up on time and did an super good job. They were both very professional and very neat. Air McCall and there staff went above and beyond and have earned my business from now on.
