Have used Chase Air for years and highly recommend them. They are air conditioning experts, but more importantly they are good and honorable people who truly practice the Golden Rule. They have promptly come to the rescue twice now when our A/C stopped working, and the second time they did a temporary fix to help it last until they could replace the unit. Within days, they replaced our old AC/heat pump with a higher-quality, much quieter one for FAR less than we had paid for the original one 12 years earlier from another company! My A/C which was only 6 years old when it began not cooling well and leaking freon. It was installed by McGowan A/C and I called them twice for repairs. After a week of no response from McGowan, I called Chase A/C (who was recommended by a friend) and they came the same day we called; fixing the issue the next day. The unit had a bad a coil which was a rarity on this type of a/c unit. Chase was professional, courteous, and expedient which I greatly appreciated since I had a medical situation at the time and heat intensified my condition.
