Chase Heating and Air Conditioning

Have used Chase Air for years and highly recommend them. They are air conditioning experts, but more importantly they are good and honorable people who truly practice the Golden Rule. They have promptly come to the rescue twice now when our A/C stopped working, and the second time they did a temporary fix to help it last until they could replace the unit. Within days, they replaced our old AC/heat pump with a higher-quality, much quieter one for FAR less than we had paid for the original one 12 years earlier from another company! Charles was very professional and came to my house promptly and on time. He reviewed my options with me. I elected to have a new air handler and heat pump installed because my old unit was 20 years old. He came out the next day and installed it. It only took him around 3 hours for the enter job. The entire time while he was working he kept his work area very tidy. Afterword he showed us how to use the new thermostat that came with the system. Great service and a great price. He installed a very high-quality name brand unit that is ultra-quiet. The AC is working awesome. Chase heating and Air-conditioning has exceeded my expectations on every level.

Chase Air had performed some maintenance in the past and I was very pleased with their work, so I called to get an estimate on repair work. They were, by far, the most fairly priced out of 7 companies I called. The technician arrived on-time, was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use their services again.
