Ken was incredibly helpful with an issue we were having with our water heater. The issue was complicated for me, but simple for him. He helped me over the phone when he could have easily made a service call. He is my guy going forward. Highly recommend him!!!
Awesome customer service! They gave me an estimate of the job, did the work as promised & made sure I was happy with my experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. Will definitely call them again!
Called my rental group yesterday who put me in touch with KO who in turn called me right away and made time to come out before the weekend! The guys showed up and were very courteous and professional and I truly appreciate it! Now to get it fixed.
