Ken was incredibly helpful with an issue we were having with our water heater. The issue was complicated for me, but simple for him. He helped me over the phone when he could have easily made a service call. He is my guy going forward. Highly recommend him!!!

My AC upstairs went out. I called Ken and his AC team came out immediately to help me out. They replaced my handler upstairs and the unit outside. They had my upstairs cooling in no time! I am completely satisfied with their work! They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions! I will definitely use them again, as it looks like my other unit is shot now. Thank you guys!!!

We are new to Jacksonville and so blessed to find this place. Ken helps us out as quickly as he can. His company is super efficient. I think it is Zac and James who came to the house. They were super helpful and professional. They went the extra mile and checked out my whole AC unit, even though what I was having done with a motor on the outside unit. They even went as far as calling the manufacturer and trying to get it covered under warranty. We've had our AC worked on now and electrical work done when we first moved in . What I appreciate most about this company is that they're willing to go the extra mile. It's like a rare company that still cares about customers.
